Both an instructional and research center, the Organizational Behavior Laboratory fosters education and experimentation in the field of organizational management and beyond.

Directed by Stephen P. Robbins Chair in Organizational Behavior Aleksander Ellis, OBL focuses on the study of normative, descriptive, and prescriptive theories of human judgment and decision making.

The OBL facilitates empirical research from a variety of interrelated disciplines including management, marketing, economics, psychology, and cognitive science.
